How Predella Studio handles information submitted through this website.
Who is responsible
Predella Studio is operated by Hugo Sequier. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@predella.studio.
Information Predella collects
The project inquiry form requires your name, work email and a description of what you are presenting and what the visuals should achieve. You must also acknowledge that the initial message should not contain confidential material.
The optional “Add project details” section asks for your company or project, area, commercial objective, requested deliverables, target audience, intended channels, existing assets, desired delivery date and indicative production budget. Existing assets can be described or linked; the form does not accept file uploads.
Please do not submit confidential information or files through the initial inquiry form.
Why the information is used
Predella uses inquiry information only to assess your request, reply to you, discuss a possible project, and maintain a record of that conversation. This processing supports steps taken at your request before a possible contract and Predella’s legitimate interest in responding to genuine business inquiries.
Service providers and transfers
Inquiry records are stored with Convex in an EU-region deployment. The website is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical request logs needed to deliver and protect the site. These providers process information under their own security and data-processing terms.
The optional booking link opens Calendly in a separate service. Calendly’s privacy terms apply when you choose to use it.
Retention and disclosure
Inquiry information is kept only while it is needed to review the opportunity, continue the business conversation, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. Predella does not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising profiles.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to processing, subject to applicable law. Send a request from the email address used in the inquiry to contact@predella.studio. If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Cookies and changes
Predella uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page use. The service is cookie-free and is not used to build advertising profiles. Predella does not currently use advertising cookies. Essential technical storage may be used by the site or its infrastructure to provide and secure requested features.
