Predella Studio / About
One brand world.
Many scenes.
Films and imagery for product launches
and hospitality developments.
The point of view
The idea holds
it all together.
Predella Studio creates cinematic films and visual assets for products, hotels and places before they launch. We help brands and developers present what they are building, communicate its value and bring its future experience into view.
Our focus is hospitality: vision films and imagery for real-estate and hotel developers presenting a future place to investors or operators. We can start with an early concept, a written brief and references, or work from existing plans and drawings. The visual story connects the architecture, atmosphere and future guest experience.
We work in English with teams in North Africa, the Middle East including Dubai, Southeast Asia, the US and Europe. Your project stage, presentation date and review schedule shape the scope.
Our work has two clear areas: Hospitality & Places and Products & Brands. Each production starts with its commercial objective, whether that is a development presentation, an operator discussion, a product launch or a campaign.
We combine creative direction, 3D and generative production. We establish the visual treatment, develop the products and environments needed for the brief, and direct light, camera, motion, editing and sound. Films are a signature strength, alongside still imagery, rendered assets and adaptations.
The portfolio shows self-initiated concepts, not commissioned client campaigns. Tidecourt explores a fictional resort; AUVRA and NIVU explore fictional audio and beauty brands. They demonstrate the direction and production, not commercial results or approved developments.
Discuss your project ↗The scope agreement
A clear scope before production begins.
A proposal defines the work, not just the price. We agree the following before production.
- Objective & starting material
- The audience, intended use and supplied models, drawings, renders, product photos, packaging files or concept references.
- Production & deliverables
- What needs modeling, styling, generation, animation and editing. Film duration, image count, aspect ratios, resolution and adaptations are specified.
- Approval stages & revisions
- Concept, geometry and cameras where relevant, photographic treatment, motion and final edit. Included review rounds use consolidated feedback. Changes to approved design or direction require a separately agreed scope and cost.
- Schedule & commercial terms
- Price, payment milestones, required client inputs, review dates and delivery. Delayed feedback or scope changes may affect the agreed schedule.
- Rights & handover
- Usage rights, music and other licensing, final files and permitted asset reuse. Editable source files are included only when explicitly agreed.
- Accuracy boundaries
- What follows supplied design, what is conceptual and what requires client verification. Generated marketing imagery is not a substitute for technical or planning-approval documentation.
Design & interpretation
Atmosphere is not a technical guarantee.
Generated imagery can develop atmosphere and communicate a proposed experience. It can also change geometry, materials or product details.
Where exact geometry is essential, we agree a controlled 3D output or an explicitly validated process. Design-critical details require client verification before publication.
For an early concept, we identify which elements are illustrative. The production method follows the accuracy required by the brief.

Original explorations.
Originals is our experimental portfolio layer: self-initiated explorations in characters, identity and storytelling, not another service area.
