Hospitality & Places

Hotel and resort vision films for investor presentations.

Give investors a clear picture of the hotel, resort or destination you want to build. Predella creates vision films and imagery for real-estate and hotel developers, from an early concept to a fundraising presentation. We connect architecture, atmosphere and the future guest experience in one visual story. Plans and drawings help, but they are optional: we can start with your brief and references, then agree what needs to be developed.

Tidecourt — self-initiated fictional resort concept. Imagery is an interpretation, not verified architecture.

Where the work fits

Start with what it needs to communicate.

Investor presentations
Introduce the destination with a film, then use matching images to explain the spaces and guest experience in your investor deck. The visuals support your project story; financial assumptions and investment claims remain part of your own presentation.
Operator conversations
Present arrival, rooms, dining and shared spaces as parts of one hospitality concept. Agree which spaces and guest moments matter to the discussion before developing scenes.
Pre-opening communication
Build a visual introduction for a future hotel or resort across its website, presentations and launch channels. Separate the intended atmosphere from features that are confirmed for opening.

The asset set

Hotel and resort vision films and imagery

  • A 60–180-second vision film delivered as MP4
  • At least 20 finished images for the agreed spaces and experiences
  • Direct Blender render images and video sketches
  • Presentation-ready assets with placements and formats agreed in the brief

Vision films from €7,500
A focused pilot is available from €2,500.

The vision-film package combines a 60–180-second MP4, at least 20 finished images and direct Blender render images or video sketches. Use the film to introduce the destination and individual images throughout your presentation. We agree the scenes, resolution, aspect ratios and handover before production. A focused pilot has its own smaller scope; extra edits, website loops and additional assets can be quoted separately.

How the scope agreement works

Hospitality / A focused first step

When should you choose a pilot instead of a full vision film?

Choose a focused pilot when you want to establish the visual direction for one selected space or experience before expanding the story. It gives your team a short sequence and two matching stills to review, from €2,500.

Choose a full vision film when your presentation needs to connect several spaces into one destination story. From €7,500, the package includes a 60–180-second MP4, at least 20 finished images, and direct Blender render images or video sketches. The film can introduce the concept, while individual images support the discussion that follows.

Plans and drawings are helpful for either option, but they are optional. Share what is already fixed and what you want to explore so we can agree the production scope.

If you continue from a pilot into a larger production on the same approved scope, reusable pilot work is credited toward the agreed project total.

Discuss the right scope for your project

Starting prices & scope

Starting prices exclude applicable taxes and assume suitable existing design material. Extensive modeling, design development, complex performances, specialist licensing and additional deliverables are quoted separately. Every proposal defines the deliverables, review stages, revision rounds and usage rights. Conceptual elements are distinguished from supplied or approved design.

Relevant work / Self-initiated concepts

A destination, developed through images.

Tidecourt connects a fictional coastal resort with rooms, dining and life by the water. The case shows Blender image → direct Blender video → generated image → resulting film. It is a self-initiated concept, not a commissioned hotel campaign, approved development or evidence of commercial results.

Before production

Bring what you have. Identify what is fixed.

Share available 3D models, plans, elevations, drawings, existing renders, interior design schemes and material or landscape references. Identify the current design version, the spaces that matter and what is still undecided. An early concept can begin with a written brief and references; any modeling or design development needed is agreed separately in the production scope.

Accuracy & interpretation

Agree what must stay true.

Modeled geometry provides a controlled starting point. Generative interpretation can develop photographic atmosphere, but it can also alter structure, materials, furniture or views. The two are not interchangeable.

Where geometry must match the design, agree controlled 3D output or an explicitly validated process. The client validates design-critical details and identifies conceptual elements before publication. Marketing imagery is not technical documentation, architectural verification or planning approval.

Briefing questions

A few useful decisions before you begin.

Can we start without CAD or a finished design?
Yes. Existing plans, drawings and 3D models are helpful but optional. We can begin at concept stage, while preparing to raise funds, or later in development. Share your brief, references and what is already fixed. Any modeling, design development or geometry validation needed is agreed in the scope before production.
Which final formats should we brief?
For a vision film, the handover includes a 60–180-second MP4, at least 20 finished images, and direct Blender render images or video sketches. Tell us where they will appear so we can agree resolution, aspect ratios and file formats. Vertical edits, extra cutdowns and other adaptations are scoped separately. The pilot includes a short sequence and two matching stills.
How do feedback and approval work?
Two consolidated feedback rounds are included in the agreed five-day production scope. Blender sketches, images and film work can develop alongside one another, so reviews can cover mixed assets rather than a rigid sequence. At each round, your team provides one consolidated set of revisions. Changes to an approved direction or additional rounds are scoped separately.
Are editable models and source files included?
Only by explicit agreement. A handover of finished films and renders does not include editable Blender scenes, models or all development references. We specify final files, usage rights, licensing and any source-file handover before production.
How much does a hotel or resort vision film cost?
Vision films start from €7,500. A focused pilot starts from €2,500 and includes a short sequence and two matching stills for one selected space or experience. The proposal confirms the scope and total. Starting prices exclude applicable taxes; extensive modeling, design development, specialist licensing and additional deliverables are quoted separately.
How quickly can you deliver?
The agreed production scope can be delivered in five working days once the brief, inputs, deliverables and direction are confirmed and the first payment has been received. Client review time is additional. We agree feedback dates before starting; delayed feedback or a changed scope moves the delivery date.
How is the film personalized to our development?
We shape the spaces, camera views, materials, atmosphere and guest moments around your brief and the decision your presentation needs to support. Supplied plans and design references guide the work when available. Your team validates design-critical details, and we keep conceptual choices distinct from confirmed architecture.
How do the assets fit into an investor presentation?
Use the MP4 as a destination introduction, then place matching stills alongside individual spaces, amenities and project milestones in your deck. Blender render images and video sketches can help explain spatial intent and camera direction. We agree the presentation format and image placements before producing the final files; the handover does not automatically include a complete investor deck.
Can we work together internationally?
Yes. We work in English with developers in North Africa, the Middle East including Dubai, Southeast Asia, the US and Europe. Share your time zone, presentation date and review contacts so the production and feedback schedule fits your team.
