Between stone and the sea.

Warm stone, blue water and curved terraces give a fictional coastal resort its visual identity. A shared production design system connects arrival and private rooms with dining, evening light and coastal experiences. These three selected images connect its coastal identity with the experience of staying there.

Selected images

Photographic development / Coastal daylight

A coastal world in daylight.

Warm daylight picks out curved terraces, pale stone and deep glazing. Palms and the waterline give the fictional resort a clear coastal setting.

Film still / 00:08

Inside the water garden.

A high courtyard view brings the pool forward. Warm stone terraces and pockets of shade frame the water, shifting the emphasis from the broad coastline to a more enclosed space.

Film still / 00:18

A terrace by the sea.

Pale loungers and a transparent balustrade bring the view to guest level. Palms, sand and the open sea connect a private terrace to the wider destination.

Behind the project

The brief

Present a fictional beachfront resort before opening as a complete destination. Connect the coast, arrival, rooms, private retreat, dining, pool, evening atmosphere and activities through one visual identity.

Two terraced wings frame a water garden and an open axis toward the sea. Blender supplies geometry, cameras and lighting references. A documented design system connects materials, water, landscape and atmosphere. Generated imagery develops the photographic finish within that direction, shaped into a 75-second campaign edit.

Our role

  • Destination concept & visual direction
  • Blender geometry, cameras & lighting
  • Production design system & campaign edit

The design behind the image

One world. Designed as a system.

Behind this film are dozens of working briefs, asset definitions and visual reviews. Together, they form a production design system: a shared direction for the architecture, lighting, cameras and atmosphere of the resort.

Light is shaped from daylight to evening. Camera movement gives each space a role in the story. Materials, planting and furniture share a visual language, while pool and ocean water have distinct character. These choices are developed and refined together, rather than reinvented for every shot.

AI works within that direction. Models and selected references guide generation; visual review and editing shape the result. The value is not an isolated image, but a coherent world that gives every scene a common starting point.

Behind the destination

From geometry
to a sense of place.

One coastal sequence, seen through its production stages. Architecture and camera direction start in Blender; generation explores the photographic atmosphere.

  1. 01 / Structure

    Blender image

Direct Blender render showing the modeled resort, surrounding terrain, sea and camera framing.
The model establishes the resort geometry, scene layout and intended camera framing.
  2. 02 / Movement

    Blender video

Direct Blender camera-and-lighting guide. This intentionally lightweight preview establishes the shot sequence; it is not a finished marketing render.
  3. 03 / Atmosphere

    Generated image

Generated coastal daylight reference interpreting the resort in a photographic tropical setting.
A generated image explores material, light and coastal atmosphere. It is an interpretation of the references.
  4. 04 / The result

    The resulting film

A coastal sequence from the production, showing how the spatial and visual references translate into film.

The process

From idea to film.

  1. 01

    Define the spatial reference

Work from a shared model, with explicit geometry, camera paths, lenses and lighting states across the resort scenes.

    Review focus

Review the spaces, framing and sequence before the photographic interpretation.

  2. 02

    Direct the photographic finish

Use the Blender sequence as the structural reference and selected images for material, landscape and atmosphere.

    Review focus

Compare first, middle and last views and both sides of each cut.

  3. 03

    Shape the final film

The directed scenes come together in a 75-second campaign edit. The sequence connects the architecture with the experience of staying there, from arrival to time on the water.

    Review focus

Review pacing, continuity and the final edit. Generated views remain interpretations, not design verification.
